Samples & ordering

Know the next step: sample review, order confirmation, payment, packaging and EXW or FOB delivery.

A shared purchasing checklist

From the first reference to dispatch.

  1. 01

    Share your requirement

Provide the product name and any reference number, or describe a custom profile with its application, known dimensions and estimated quantity.

  2. 02

    Review the sample or drawing

Clarify the installation fit and the product requirements that need to be confirmed.

  3. 03

    Agree tooling, if needed

We can produce from your samples or drawings and make moulds in-house. New moulds are charged separately when needed.

  4. 04

    Arrange samples

Sample charges depend on the actual product and request. Some samples are free; availability and delivery arrangements are discussed before dispatch.

  5. 05

    Confirm the order

Agree the product, quantity, requirements, price, packaging, checks and delivery terms.

  6. 06

    Arrange payment

A 30% deposit is generally required. The final payment arrangement depends on the order quantity and is confirmed for each order.

  7. 07

    Plan production & checks

Confirm the production schedule and the checks agreed for the order. The general lead time is not a guarantee for a new mould project.

  8. 08

    Pack & dispatch

Arrange carton or pallet packaging and dispatch under the agreed EXW or FOB terms.
