Can you make a profile from a sample or drawing?
We can produce from your samples or drawings and make moulds in-house. New moulds are charged separately when needed.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Sample charges depend on the actual product and request. Some samples are free; availability and delivery arrangements are discussed before dispatch.
What are your payment terms?
A 30% deposit is generally required. The final payment arrangement depends on the order quantity and is confirmed for each order.
How long does an order usually take?
Orders generally take around 7–20 days after receipt of prepayment, depending on quantity. New mould development and sample timing are confirmed separately.
How are products packaged?
Products are mainly packed in cartons. Some products require pallets; customer-specific packaging can be discussed for the order.
Which delivery terms can I use?
EXW and FOB terms are available. The named place or port and the responsibilities of each party are confirmed with the order.
What checks are carried out before shipment?
Some products are tested before shipment. Discuss the checks needed for your order in advance; testing is not automatically provided for every product.
