Custom extrusion

Start with a sample or drawing. Define the profile, discuss tooling and agree sample requirements before an order.

Sample- or drawing-based production

Define the profile before making the mould.

We can produce from your samples or drawings and make moulds in-house. New moulds are charged separately when needed.

A useful brief describes the part’s intended function, the mating surface, critical dimensions, required length and estimated order quantity. Where a requirement is still open, identify it for discussion rather than assuming it is fixed.

What to prepare

  • A sample, drawing or clear reference photographs
  • Dimensions and the part that the profile needs to fit
  • Material or colour requirements, if specified
  • Quantity, destination and target timing

Submitting a requirement is the start of review, not confirmation that every material, tolerance or design can be supplied.

Four decisions before production.

01

Profile requirements

Identify the function, fit and dimensions to be confirmed.

02

Mould arrangements

Agree whether a new mould is required, its charge and the development timing.

03

Sample review

Agree sample availability, charges and the aspects to evaluate.

04

Order agreement

Confirm quantity, requirements, inspection, payment and dispatch.

Sample and mould timing are separate.

Sample charges depend on the actual product and request. Some samples are free; availability and delivery arrangements are discussed before dispatch.

Planning an order

Orders generally take around 7–20 days after receipt of prepayment, depending on quantity. New mould development and sample timing are confirmed separately.
