In-house mould making
We can make new moulds when the project requires them. Mould costs are charged separately.
Order-specific packaging
Products are mainly packed in cartons. Some products require pallets; customer-specific packaging can be discussed for the order.
Quality requirements
Agree what needs to be checked.
Some products are tested before shipment. Discuss the checks needed for your order in advance; testing is not automatically provided for every product.
Include acceptance requirements in your brief
If a dimension, mounting fit, appearance or packaging requirement is important to your project, identify it before an order is agreed. Discuss whether a particular check or report is required and whether it can be provided.
This is a checklist for discussing your requirements, not a claim that every listed check is part of Juou’s standard inspection procedure.

Production timing
Orders generally take around 7–20 days after receipt of prepayment, depending on quantity. New mould development and sample timing are confirmed separately.
Dispatch arrangements
EXW and FOB terms are available. The named place or port and the responsibilities of each party are confirmed with the order.
